Structure of Programming Chapters

The three chapters "Introduction to Programming", "Advanced Programming", and "Applied Programming" provide a step-by-step guide to creating your own programs in Stata.

If you have never programmed anything in Stata, we recommend that you start at the beginning of this section and move through the chapters and sub-chapters one-by-one. One the way, within the sub-chapters, there are many exercises for you to practice with.
